As a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Nita can assist clients with setting the right price, work with appraisers to expedite the buying/purchase process and assist clients with valuing their home to assist in a timely sale according to market standards. 

When not helping Illinois home buyers and sellers, Nita enjoys reading self-help books, cooking from her organic grown garden, traveling and playing Monopoly during family game night. As a wife of an Army veteran and mother of 4, Nita understands the importance of having a growth mindset, strong communication skills, impeccable work ethic, and attention to detail. 

As a certified specialist in Home Finance Resources (HFR), Nita has ascertained a deep understanding of all aspects of mortgage finance. Through this wealth of knowledge, and  having real life experience in real estate accounting, asset management and finance, she is able to add value to her clients by understanding the types of lenders and mortgage products available, while educating and guiding home buyers through the mortgage and home buying process. 

Nita’s background in Finance and Accounting, coupled with her love, personal acquisitions and extensive training in real estate can assist clients with understanding the financial impacts of purchasing, selling or renting properties. Nita has built her business model on effective, on-going, transparent communications.
